Michael was exceptional. He answered my call on the weekend promptly and very politely and took the time to explain to me what was going on. He then came out right away and made a couple of trips to his home to get stuff he needed, and ultimately finished the job very efficiently. He is also a very nice person who cares about you as a customer and not just about the job. We had different problems today and I was not hesitate calling him again. After describing our trouble with the garage door, I was expecting an appointment for the repair. To my surprise, Michael sent us a video explaining how to DIY to fix the problem. My husband was not successful at first, but Michael was so patient that my husband finally got the job done. Can’t express our gratitude to this honest man.
