Just got my garage door spring replaced and my garage door works again!! The technician was super nice and professional. Just had Michael replace my garage door opener with side mount and raised side tracks for my golf simulator installation in my garage. I can't say how professional and thoughtful he was throughout the whole process. He told me to think about garage insulation for the hot summer months as the garage would get toasty and helped with the insulation. I checked with two other technicians and neither mentioned this. I compared costs and others tried to upsell a bunch of unnecessary springs/parts and were way more expensive than Michael's quote. I can tell you he's a very hard working and honest person first hand. He forgot to mention one of the materials in the original costs and said don't worry about it. It was an extra ~$100 in parts but because of the delay and additional requirement for the part he tried to waive the fee. He also came back and installed an outdoor opener for free. I will be using Michael for my garage door needs and so should you. Honest review for an Honest and Hard Working owner. Use Michael.
