Michael came to our house and we thought that we needed a spring based on other estimates and assessments. They quickly identified the issue and fixed it, no need to replace anything. The other companies wanted to change the springs, drums, cables, etc. It cost less than a third of what the other companies quoted, fixed it quickly, gave us tips so the problem does not present again. Will definitely call again if we have garage door issues in the future.
