Just got my garage door spring replaced and my garage door works again!! The technician was super nice and professional. They not only replaced the spring and also tightened the idler pulley which loosed because of the broken spring. And after the replacement, they tested and proactively added lubricant to every roller. Now my garage door runs even smoother than before. - 4 months ago via Our driveway gate stopped working yesterday so we called Michael at 911 Garage Doors. He came 1st thing this morning and checked power, rebooted the gate and realigned the sensors. To my surprise when I asked how much we owed he said nothing since he was in the area. I highly recommend this company and Michael.
